Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour start time will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time and no-shows are non-refundable.
Children between the ages of 4 and 12 can participate in all tours. Babies under 4 are free (but cannot participate in the canopy tour).
